I’ve known Tim Knobloch, Eagle Management’s founder, for many years. He’s a long-time Rockville resident and has been an active community member for as long as I’ve known him. I’d consider Tim an expert in managing residential rental property. In 2011, with over two decades of experience in real estate – as an agent, broker and manager – Tim made residential property management his exclusive focus.
Tim now manages a number of rental properties across Montgomery County, MD. They include all types of housing – single family homes, townhouses, and condominiums.
